Spring has come (with pollen....)

It's been warm here in Tokyo for a couple of days.

A little bit too warm for this time of the year, as it got 23 degrees, which is the temperature for May.
I have this Love-Hate feeling for spring.
I love it because it's warm enough so you don't have to cover your cute outfit with a heavy jacket, and as a Japanese, I must mention cherry blossom "sakura".
But pollens from pine trees, you, you don't belong to this pretty season. I'm allergic to you. You make me cry, you make me...sneeze.
I don't know how many tissue papers I've used. I'm constantly blowing my nose, and that also takes away make-ups and sebum (not only the excess!), which leaves me a quite awful look.

I can't really taste anything fully right now because of the stuck nose, but let's talk about something yummy.

Strawberries are definitely one of the "taste of spring" food.
I haven't made it for a long time since my childhood, but I decided to make some strawberry milk.

   strawberries

Crush them with spoon. (we have this spoon made just for it!)
Add some milk and sugar for additional sweetness.

   Enjoy!

27th

Last Wednesday was my bf, B's birthday.
We were kind of craving for meat so we took this nice Brazilian bbq restaurant at Omotesando, Tokyo.

B turned 27. We spent 5 birthdays together since we started dating (it could have been 6, but we missed the first one because we were in long distance relationship then).

Hope we will spend more birthdays together (upcoming: my b-day in October) and share joys and happiness and.....whatever we come across together.

....and I hope i won't drink too much.

I sometimes goes to Seoul , South Korea, due to some reasons. I love Korean girls fashion. They are pretty different from ones of Japanese and I created this set inspired by Korean girls. I'll post some pics from Seoul later too.

Jag älskar sverige

Cinnamon buns (kanelbullar in Swedish) on an iittala plate and Earl Grey tea in Moomin mug. I brought this plate and mug from Lund, after having used them for 10 months. They always reminds me of my days in Lund.

I decided to bake some kanelbullar because I needed a dose of something Swedish.

Sverige, jag saknar dig.
